Schertz, Cibolo, New Braunfels and surrounding. Additional fees may apply to deliver to San Antonio and Austin addresses.

Any pick-ups requested after 6 pm roll into an overnight rental and will be picked up between 8am - 12pm the following day.

Day rentals are dropped off between 8am - 12pm (depending on your needs and other scheduled deliveries) and will be picked up by 6pm. If the unit is needed past 6pm the rental will roll into an overnight rental.

Absolutely! With a background in the health field, cleanliness is one of our core values. Each unit is thoroughly disinfected between rentals.

To keep our units in tip top shape we recommend not running the units for longer than 8 hours during cool months (October- April) and no long than 6hrs for our hot summer months (May- September). A 2 hour rest time is required between run times.

Deposits are nonrefundable, however, we will offer a one time rescheduling (based on availability) for your convenience. 

If rain or high winds develop (winds exceeding 15 mph) we suggest discontinued use immediately. Power down the unit and reinflate after the weather subsides.

Any clean, level surface. Additional cleaning charges may apply if set up area is not clean prior to arrival. We will not set up on mud or animal feces. Please refer to our product page for spacing requirements as these vary from inventoryto product.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear. We do kindly ask that your follow all of our rules listed on our waiver form. Failure to do so could result in damage that you are responsible for.
